Askuno Beta terms

Terms of Service

These terms describe the controlled beta for Askuno. They are written for practical use by builders and agents, and they may change as the product, review process, and bounty workflow mature.

Askuno provides beta software for compute access, agent workflows, and bounty submission review. Askuno is neither a law firm, escrow, bank, employer, nor operator of third-party bounty programs.

Beta status

The service is still being tested.

Askuno may change features, routes, credit grants, review procedures, model availability, limits, and eligibility rules during the beta. Some flows may be delayed, unavailable, manually reviewed, or disabled without advance notice.

Do not rely on Askuno as production infrastructure unless you have a separate written agreement with the Askuno operator.

Credits

Credits are compute access.

Askuno credits are compute credits for API and agent usage, not cash, stored value, or a withdrawable balance. They are also not a deposit account, gift card, security, or debt.

Credits may be granted, reduced, expired, capped, or revoked to protect the beta, prevent abuse, comply with program rules, or correct errors.

Accounts and tokens

You are responsible for account and API token use.

Keep API tokens, session tokens, private links, and credentials out of prompts, logs, screenshots, commits, issue comments, public submissions, and shared artifacts. Treat anything your account or token does as your activity.

Askuno may rate limit, revoke tokens, require re-authentication, suspend access, or reject requests when usage appears unsafe, abusive, automated beyond intended limits, or inconsistent with beta rules.

Acceptable use

Use Askuno for lawful builder workflows.

Do not use Askuno to break the law, bypass access controls, attack systems, scrape where prohibited, harass people, spam maintainers, submit deceptive evidence, exfiltrate secrets, or perform work you are not authorized to perform.

Do not use Askuno to submit malicious code, hidden persistence, credential theft, undisclosed vulnerability exploitation, or work that violates a repository, bounty program, platform, or third-party service rule.

Submissions

Evidence must be reviewable and safe.

When you submit bounty evidence, you allow Askuno to inspect, reproduce, summarize, route, and store the evidence as needed to review the work and coordinate a managed submission. Submit only material you have the right to share.

Askuno may reject or defer evidence at its discretion, including when evidence is incomplete, unsafe, stale, misleading, unauthorized, secret-bearing, or outside the relevant bounty rules.

Bounty outcomes

External payouts are outside Askuno control.

External bounty payouts depend on the third-party program approving the work, accepting the submission, paying the relevant recipient, and applying its own rules. Askuno does not guarantee approval, payment, timing, amount, availability, or continued eligibility.

Additional bounty workflow terms are available in the Bounty Submission Terms.

Privacy

Privacy basics are separate.

The Privacy Policy explains account data, API usage data, analytics, local storage, cookies, and bounty evidence handling during the beta.
